Data Wiping
All data-bearing devices are securely wiped using NATO and UK Government-accredited software, compliant with NIST SP 800-88 and IEEE 2883 standards.
We use advanced tools to erase, repair, and regenerate drives for reuse, overwriting all accessible sectors with zeros or random patterns.
We also securely erase mobile devices:
- Android: Data is overwritten and the device is reset to factory settings.
- iOS: The firmware is replaced, and the encryption key is wiped, making data unrecoverable.
A fully compliant certificate of destruction is issued for every device.
Data Shredding
As required hard drives, optical disks, USB flash drives and CD Roms can be shredded to 20mm as a standard.
Where required we are capable of shredding to as little as 6mm. This service is specialised and requires a unique quote.
A degaussing method can be utilised in addition to shredding by request.
Our service is fully documented covering all aspects of the ‘Chain of Custody’ and liability. Customers are provided with a ‘certificate of destruction’, which serves as proof that your data has been securely and permanently disposed of in compliance with regulations.
All 3 service offerings can be completed either On-site or Off-site.
On-site Data Destruction & Shredding
For businesses with strict internal policies that prohibit data-bearing devices from leaving the premises, our on-site data destruction service offers a solution tailored to your needs.
Our certified equipment and expert team travel directly to your location, efficiently processing devices without compromising security.
Once data is wiped or physically destroyed, the assets are transported to our facility in satellite-tracked vehicles.
With inventory reports and destruction certificates provided, you can rest assured that every step aligns with regulatory standards.
Off-site Data Destruction & Shredding
For companies looking for a centralised data destruction option, our off-site data destruction service is the ideal choice.
Our process begins with collection via satellite-tracked vehicles, ensuring a seamless chain of custody from start to finish.
At our state-of-the-art facility, your data-bearing devices undergo certified data sanitisation or physical destruction using industry-leading protocols.
Following completion, we provide certificates confirming secure disposal, allowing you to maintain airtight compliance and full transparency.
Data Crushing
When physical destruction is required, data-bearing items can be crushed using our ADISA Certified EDR machine, which irreparably damages the disk platters within hard drives.
This process ensures that the data container is permanently destroyed and completely inaccessible for data recovery.
The EDR machine applies force-certified destruction to meet industry and government standards, making it suitable for highly sensitive data disposal across regulated sectors.
A fully compliant certificate of destruction is issued for every item, verifying secure and auditable disposal.
